All non-monthly memberships are not automatically activated at time of purchase and must be activated before users can access the content.
All monthly subscription memberships are automatically activated at time of purchase, and do not require activation.

All non-monthly memberships can be activated from the website immediately upon first login, or activated at a later date from the Settings page within the membership. Once a membership is activated, it cannot be paused or suspended for any reason and will run continuously for the duration of said membership period.

All of our memberships can be purchased from our website via credit or debit card, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.

• Review the Billing and Member Profile information (email address & account password) to ensure that it has all been entered accurately
• Choose your payment method: Credit Card, PayPal, or Shop Pay.
• Click 'Place Order' to finalize the purchase

A purchase receipt will automatically be sent to your registered email address. If you complete your purchase but do not receive a receipt, please contact support.

You can purchase any of our memberships using a credit or debit card with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express logo. Your membership will be activated immediately upon purchase.

To cancel your monthly subscription membership:

• Log on to the website and click ‘Settings’ from the upper right-hand corner (under the user icon)
• Click ‘Cancel My Membership’ at the bottom of that page and follow the prompts.

If you purchased the membership with your AppleID on an iOS/Apple device, then you will need to cancel the membership from the Settings section of that iOS/Apple device.

Please note that you must cancel monthly memberships before the monthly renewal date in order to avoid being charged for the next month. Any cancellations on the day of renewal or after will not be refunded.

• All refund amounts determined by SimpleNursing are final.
• We honor refund requests up to 48 hours from the time of purchase for any non-monthly/non-subscription membership. A processing fee of 10% (with a minimum of $10 and a maximum of $25) will be applied to all refund amounts
• After 48 hours from the time of purchase memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be converted into another membership
• Refunds for monthly/subscription memberships are prohibited.
• Users may access their account from up to 4 devices. Accounts are not to be shared with anyone. Users that share their account will have their membership terminated without a refund.
